Kalithea bay
At a short distance from the town center (7 km), Kalithea (Καλλιθέα) is famous for its ancient springs and the unique snorkeling as there is abundance of marine life, with a amazing variety of fish and crystal clear emerald waters.
There are several, small, organized beaches here, scattered around the spectacular rocks of Kalithea bay. The main beach (sand and pebble), usually gets very crowded as it is one of the main sightseens for the daily cruise boats arriving from Mandraki. It uses the facilities of the renovated Kalithea complex so it is a fine place to have a coffee or a drink or to dine in a fantastic environment.
