Interesting survey on Rhodes visitors

Interesting facts emerged after a study of the Rhodes Chamber, conducted by Professor Kevin Nield of Sheffield Hallam University. The survey revealed a love of Rhodes on the part of visitors to the island, with 75% rating the destination’s ancient Greek attractions, culture and natural beauty highly. On a lighter note, the survey showed that holidaymakers are most irritated by others reserving sun loungers with their towels. This complaint was made by travellers from a variety of countries expressing their resentment of this common holiday behavior. “We all think it’s a joke – but it’s not. It’s a real annoyance to holidaymakers of all nationalities – British, German, French and Italian alike,” Professor Nield said.
