Luis Hotels to invest in the Greek islands

According to an announcement earlier this week, Louis Hotels is planning new long-term leases on 4 and 5 star hotels in the top Greek destinations. The company that owns 7 hotels and leases 2 resorts in Rhodes and Mykonos, has already invested €136 million in Greece.

“We are cautiously optimistic about the course of Greek tourism in 2012”, sales and marketing director Popi Tanta said, “since Egypt seems unable to recover and Turkey has become expensive. Instead, Greece has kept prices low or even reduced them, enhancing competitiveness”.
